In today rapidly changing world, we have to adapt ourselves to change of knowledge and be able to cope with it. We have started a small step by creating a framework that is adaptive to the user profile. However, it was through fixed settings that differentiated between audiences of our content.
It to be an intelligent cognitive-based system, that is automatically adapted to individual learners' needs.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Proposal Outline:
The system has to be configured to suit its audience learning needs. The New much bigger step is to change the system from static mode to dynamic mode.
As an example, the compass lesson will be much different when explained to a child, secondary student, or military officer.
The New much bigger step is to change the system from static mode to dynamic mode. In other words, to be an intelligent cognitive-based system, that is automatically adapted to individual learners' needs. This will push us to divide the system to three areas:
- First Phase: Creation of Knowledge
2. Second phase: Massaging and categorizing representation of knowledge.
This phase is very important for knowledge categorization. Knowledge starts to have a characteristics and identity different than its content. Information about target age, sex, cognitive details (bilingual, etc…), and history of diseases, academic background and more are combined to manage the display of information depending on a matching criteria with the user profile and biography.
3. Third phase: View and automatic adaptive change depending on physiological status of the user.
An intelligent viewer will watch the pattern of the user and adapt itself on the user behavior. The settings of the user will be dynamic to adapt to the continuous changes in human behaviors.
