PROPOSAL AT A GLANCE

Proposal name:
AHEOS – Ad-hoc e-outsourcing system
Subject:
The main objective of the AHEOS is to be a strategic business partner in enhancing business performance through ensuring that the human capital of the European countries is productive, competent, fairly remunerated and functions within a best practice environment.
More and more globally acting companies make use of the internet in different ways. Companies in the field of engineering shift production sites to regions with lower labor cost or integrate virtual teams to their development streams.
The AHEOS will be the best deployment companies technical issues on the Internet and the human resources services create ad-hoc team in order to solve the technical issues. The members team can be localized in some countries and based-on the own references choose the team leader between them. These virtual teams work unlike conventional teams, across space, time, and organizational boundaries with links strengthened by webs of communication technology. After some on-line brainstorming the ad-hoc team proposed an offer to the company and allows optimizing the set up of an on demand. The AHEOS’s functional reporting line ensure alignment, better service delivery and enhanced efficiencies in terms of the respective operating divisions and business units of companies and development processes provide the system with stable leadership, culminating in staff stability and high competency levels which enhance the companies performance.
The strategic coverage and penetration by the AHEOS of both the rural and urban areas across European countries has positioned the AHEOS administrator to take full advantage of further growth opportunities across all European countries.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Proposal Outline:

Behind the scenes, the AHEOS lets you easily model a virtual organization's structure, including multiple locations, departments, and operating companies. It supports ad-hoc workgroups focused on enterprises in the field of engineering and especially on life cycle phases like analysis, design and software development. What you get is a system that understands the relationships between different personnel and lets you easily drive out performance management initiatives that map onto company business model and also on specific needs that might result from influencing factors for team composition, like cultural background from individual teams members, intercultural communication.
AHEOS is generally based on two measurement components: quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative AHEOS is normally expressed as a quantity that is clearly measurable in euro, time saved, headcount, improved margins, or other metrics that would stand up to scrutiny by executive. Qualitative AHEOS,on the other hand, relates more to benefits based on less measurable factors such as customer perception, member engagement or recruiting ad-hoc team success.
If you are still intent on measuring the AHEOS of your performance management system, start by beginning with the end in mind. Whatever the positive impacts of a performance AHEOS system might be (and they can be significant), proving your case begins with establishing a set of AHEOS metrics that are meaningful to senior management. These metrics should be directly linked to the performance goals of the ad-hoc team and based on evidence gathered prior to implementing the solution for company issues, and again at points post-implementation.
The offer will be managed via web browser so you can be as mobile as you want and still be in control of the process. AHEOS Administrator has complete power to initiate, monitor, and close of reviews or assessments, and to drive the process through email notification and reminder tools.
• Control the process with monitoring GIS tools;
• Enhance your insight by tieing weighted results to a performance assessment;
• Lets you focusing analysis initiatives by identifying areas that need improvement;
• Easy set up for any number of users, organized by ad-hoc team, workgroup, department;
• Define and make competencies & indicators contingent on solution description;
• Pick assessors from peers, reports, clients, or anyone else inside or outside of ad-hoc team;
• Powerful administration tools to keep the feedback flow going with minimal oversight;
• Competencies are universal.

Performance Objectives
• Enhance virtual organizational effectiveness;
• Improve participation in the process by providing administrative monitoring and follow up functionality;
• Encourage technical cultural dialogue;
• Identifies top performers.
