Ideal-ist organised this Pre-Conference Face2Face Brokerage Event in collaboration with the eChallenges 2009 and the European Commission, DG INFSO in the field of Information and Communication Technologies of the 7th Framework Programme (ICT, FP7).

Main objectives of the ICT Call 6 of the ICT work programme 2009 - 10:

• Cognitive Systems and Robotics
• Digital Libraries and Digital Preservation
• Virtual Physiological Human
• ICT for Mobility of the Future
  

Target audience
This Networking Event targeted a wide spectrum of companies, universities and researchers from Europe and all over the world interested in sharing new project ideas and finding collaboration partners and was focused on the following challenge of the ICT work programme 2009 - 10 : ICT Call 6. Participants

• got the latest information from the European Commission about ICT Call 6
• facilitated the setup of FP7 project consortia for ICT Call 6
• got informed how you can improve your participation in the ICT theme of FP7
• presented, discussed and developed new project ideas on ICT at international level project ideas for 6th Call for Applicants,
  to promote organisation at international forum
• initiated cross-border contacts
  

All profiles and project ideas have been published online prior to the event to allow selection for partnering meetings: together 67 meetings have been arranged and more than 100 particiants were registered.
