Mastering the ICT future: Ideal-Ist 2011 launched!

On 1 October 2008, Ideal-ist launched its new Project Idealist2011 - the new project is scheduled to run the next three years!

More than 100 contact persons worldwide are working together in this project with the intension

  • to strengthening the network and
  • to supply national services in the area of Information and Communication Technology.
To keep up the success from the past years Ideal-ist2011 will invest increasingly in the attendance at Brokerage events to enable more personal contacts between applicants. Special focus is put on newcomers and SMEs, including organizations from
EU Member States and
Associated States,
Eastern European Partner Countries (EEPC) and
Mediterranean Partner Countries (MPC) and
S&T partners like South Korea, Canada, Australia.

It is intend to increase international cooperation and participation in research programmes for the inexperienced countries.

Ideal-ist2011 network consists of 63 ICT national partners and External national Experts and collaborates with further ICPC partners in countries such as China, Brazil, India, and South Africa. In addition to the assistance to proposers provided by the Ideal-Ist Quality Team,
  • NCP trainings,
  • knowledge sharing seminars and
  • workshops for less experienced NCPs will be offered.

The other services will continue to be offered to the ICT community without any interruption.

Ideal-ist is open for 4th call for Proposals under the ICT Policy Support Programme

Deadline for submission of proposals is the 1st of June 2010!

Ideal-ist is open for Call 6th

Proposers to this call will be helped to find appropriate partners and coordinators for their project by the Ideal-ist network.
